3D Walkthrough – my own take on the building

While I wait to see how the real Circulus turns out, I built my own interpretation in Live Home 3D. Not the developer’s render — just my version of how the layout could work.
The walkthrough is a little over two minutes and visits the whole building rather than a single unit:
- the underground parking
- the central courtyard with its wooden slats and open staircase
- an upper-floor apartment with a balcony
- a ground-floor duplex with kitchen, garden access and stairs up to the bedrooms
- and a small music room with a piano facing the deck
No audio, no narration — just the camera moving through the rooms.
